Ho hum. Another day in Europe for the boys. Same stuff, different day. They did an in-store and a meet and greet, played some songs, did some press, flew to Spain.
Oh – right – and almost ran down a woman with a baby carriage as they were being chased by hundreds of fans through the streets of Milan! Like something out of a movie. Just as entertaining in print.
We started our day in Milan, Italy. We went to a music store in the heart of Milan. There were 100 fans that won a meet and greet. There were so many there. Most did not get in to see us. There was no time to see them all. Everybody there sang every word to the songs. We sang Hello Beautiful and SOS. When we were done we went back to our vans and a huge group of fans started running down the street towards us. Big Rob told the driver to move and we raced down the street with a large group of girls chasing us. We turned a corner and had to slow down because a lady was crossing the street with her baby in a stroller. We told her, “You better move because FANS are about to come around the corner.” She looked at us with confusion but then hundreds of girls came racing down the road. The look on her face was priceless. It was an awesome sight to see all of those people running towards us AND Big Rob shouting, “MOVE IT MOVE IT!!!”
What an adventure. I have it on good authority that the collage above depicts the day’s events 100% accurately. 😉 . This one made us laugh out loud. We are glad that everyone made it out OK.
Now they are in Barcelona, but no concert tomorrow. Read all about it here.
See how out of control it really was in that music store after the jump!
Joe says Buongiorno!
SOS Sing-a-long (well most of it anyway)
