Ok, ok … the Guys have been working (filming Camp Rock 2 in Toronto), but now the band is back together and they are back on tour!
Everyone is back; Kevin, Joe, Nick, John, Greg, Ryan, Jack, Christa, Caroline, Ray, Miguel, Randy, and Garrett! And Rob, and Misty…. They’re back and they’re putting the “world” in World Tour and hitting the Dominican Republic, South America, Mexico, Europe, and Britain!
Many exciting things have already happened. John Taylor has promised more Music Exploration Nights (yay!), Joe got a haircut, and Nick performed in a headband and looked a bit like Mark Knopfler.
We will do our very best to keep up with all of the tour pics, videos, tweets, and interviews. For now, hop the jump to see some pictures from the Santo Domingo show and a couple of videos.

I’m also hoping Sonnnn can use her sleuthing skills to tell me more about Joe’s shirt, which I’ve seen before. The fact that it has, what appears to be, a cross on it makes me really curious. Any help Sonnnn?

The cross is made up with safety pins, must be the same designer as who made the shirt he wore on the Teen Choice Awards, that was also safety pins.

They always butcher any foreign language they try to speak. It appears that World Languages is something that was somewhat neglected in their Homeschooling, lol!
really. Butcher is the word I’d use! I thought there were certain French and Spanish phrases that were kind of household knowledge – how are you? hello. good night. But I don’t think so.
Haha, kind of true… But you can’t be good at everything, right? Even though Nick often seems to be an exception to this rule, lol!
Nick had to say one Finnish word in a CR commercial once – “Nelonen”, the name of a tv channel and a slang word for “four” (“neljä”) – and the way he pronounced it was adorable!
OH and the fact that they even try to speak other languages means so much to foreign fans! It really is the thought that counts.
So if the boys ever come to Finland… Here’s what they should know:
Hello = Moi/Hei
Good night = Hyvää iltaa (or “yötä” if you’re about to go to bed)
How are you = Mitä kuuluu?
We love you = Me rakastamme/rakastetaan teitä (in concert) (- “sinua” if they just want to say it to me. Lol!)

the stadium seats 27,000 but they’ve had up to 35,000 in there for sporting events.

Oo, and I just watched the “I Gotta Feeling” and “Tonight” mash-up, and it’s quite good. I actually prefer their rocked-up version of “IGF.” That sound seems to suit the song better.

I loved it in DR… But the way he wore it in Venezuela… Not so much. That’s how I wore headbands in elementary school. It was not a good look for me either.
And now a hat in Panama? I don’t know why he would want to hide that BEAUTIFUL hair! Oh well… He can get away with anything, he’s so gorgeous.
Anyway… That is so true about the girls getting on stage. How DO they get there? And, more importantly, why? Running towards the Boys like a crazy person and then being taken away by security isn’t exactly the first impression I’d go for if I ever met them.
I am amazed by how calm Joe remains while the girl is running at him and how he just stands still with her holding on to him while the security guards pull her off. He doesn’t miss a beat, keeps singing, acting like it is all perfectly normal. I did notice Kevin stepping it up to get out of the way. I guess it is hard for him to not miss a beat if his hands and guitar are tangled up in fan. Still they remain professional and poised. They are never appear flustered and they don’t lose their tempers. I am impressed.
Joe is so calm and so loving and it helps the fans. Remember when he said in the TV interview about the girls going crazy, “we’re RIGHT here…” He just takes the whole thing in stride and is so relaxed, both for himself and for them. It’s something I just love about him. He’s a very soothing person IMO. The fans don’t freak him out at all; he understands them and wants to help them.

#2 I got a pathetic response from customer service at iMom about the t-shirt sizing. Mememoi and cpaig I know we’ve talked CS before. I just can’t believe this at all. Theres no way I’m buying a shirt not having any sizing help at all.
I asked how they are sized – juniors or womens. She replied “they run small.” I asked for measurements. She said “I don’t have them.” Literally those were her responses. Not even thank you for looking at the site, or thank you for considering buying a shirt…I can’t believe it. Every single question I get on eBay I say “Thank you for your interest” or “Thank you for your purchase” and “Best regards” and “hope you enjoy it” and “let me know if you have any further questions.” This is so frustrating to me.

Maybe it is just me and my bad eyesight, but I am finding myself doing double-takes with thumbnails to determine if the pic is of Nick or Kevin. Are my Kevin-senses failing me? Although I shall not participate, I do understand the enthusiasm behind Cagematch 2010.Those boys are blessed in so many ways. And we are the luckiest fans in the world.
