Good morning…err, afternoon now I guess! Got a few more things to do then we are heading to buy the DVD. Not rushing out since there’s no time to watch it until tonight. SO excited, but wish I had a big screen TV!

My 14 yr old doesn’t want to go to our show in July, either. I’ve talked about this before on here…she’s “not into their music anymore”. She does still hold a spot in her heart for them and doesn’t hate on them and even still has a few pics of them on her wall and watches every JONAS, but she’s gotten into much more “edgier” music and wants to go to the Warped Tour with a friend. I spent almost $100 per ticket back in March for the JB show, and dammit, she’s going and she’s going to like it! Every time she brings it up I get irritated and just change the subject. I can’t help but think there are thousands more fans out there like her and that’s why their CD only sold half of what ALBL did in it’s first week. But it’s OK to weed out the “fake fans” as my dd always used to call the girls who only liked them for their looks. I tease her now that she’s one of them! At least my 11 yr old is still insanely in love with them. If and when that ends, I don’t know what I will do!!!

Thank you so much, coolmom, Sondra, and Trish. You are right. It needs to be a non-issue and by the time the concert is here, I bet her Joe-love will get her to go with me. If not, we will try again next year. I guess I lost my Mom Cool there for a minute and OJD took the driver’s seat.
