On the MTV page they’re talking about Nick’s diabetes campaign and there’s a video of how Nick responded when he was asked if he had considered partnering with Bret Michaels or Halle Berry (both diabetics). With Halle Berry Nick should be so lucky, but Bret Michaels? There’s a combo!

I love how the writer of the BuddyTV article was surprised that the Teen Choice Awards was NOTHING like the Oscars. And they DIDN’T have alcohol at the TEEN Choice Awards??? Well, that’s just absurd. haha. Really, what was he expecting?

flamom – The BuddyTV article was harsh. We can take solace in the fact that this moron didn’t see JB do what they do so well: make music.

The downside of JB’s recent being everywhere on everything is inevitable backlash from folks who have never seen or heard their music but hate them on the principal that if their popular they must be bad.

I read the Buddy TV article.

My opinion is that it is a guy who has no idea what he is talking about giving his opinion (which he is entitled to).

But, at the very least, it is unfair to judge the Boys on a non-performing appearance on an awkwardly produced show which peppered the Jonas Brothers throughout in an effort to maintain viewers.

I guess the guy mentions his “green room access” as a way to legitimize his views, but I was not impressed.

Why the hell didn’t he give the parched peeps some water? He just stood their an watched with some sort of journalistic “don’t interfere” ethic. It is crap.

Hey, it wasn’t my favorite appearance of theirs either, but take a moment to figure it out. How difficult is it to search for Jonas Brothers on YouTube or Wikipedia even.

I did not see the BuddyTV thing, but just skimmed it now. Blegh. There was some snarking on EW as well, and something in that obnoxious Irish blog that comes through on Alerts. Village Voice also wrote a bit dismissively on the new album.

Maybe it is because I am busy this week, or excited for the album release, but it has become so clear that there are haters who are not to be swayed because they are so convinced, in their ignorance, that I can’t allow myself to care too much.

I feel like we (TEAM JONAS!) are winning. And soon they will be retreating with their tails between their legs.
