The Guys’ awesomeness never ceases. Yesterday they paid a visit to some very sick children at St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and dropped off a check raised in part by donations to the Jonas Brothers Change for the Children Foundation. I think it is amazing that they are using their fame to teach kids the importance of charity and caring about fellow human beings. I am sorry to say that sometimes it seems as if it is a lost art. They truly rock in many ways.
Today was a life changing day. We got up really really early and caught a flight to Memphis, TN where we visited the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. This facility is where children with cancer go for treatment. We met so many of the kids and they were so happy to see us. Thanks to all of you we were able to leave them a check for $10,000. We really hope we will be able to do more. The children were inspirations to all of us.
After we finished we flew to Cincinnati, OH for another concert. We performed for approx. 15,000 people. The place looked packed. There was so much excitement in the place. It is always fun to visit Ohio.
We drove all night and woke up here in Charlotte. We will visit some of our family here and then do a show tonight.
We are so excited about our new song coming out on ITunes last night. When we woke up this morning it was already at No. 13. Make sure you take a listen.

As for the new single, “Tonight”, it is great! I can’t stop listening to it, and it made it to #1 on the iTunes in 14 hours (W00T!) If you were not able to pick up “Tonight” yesterday then why not pick “Tonight” up Tonight! (“Tonight Tonight” “Wait, Joe, you are going to confuse them”.)
While you are waiting for iTunes to open, take a listen to “Tonight” right now -after the jump!
Tonight! Please buy the single on iTunes here.

I really like this collage, cpaig. You got a WHOLE bunch of stuff and places in there. And yet, it’s uncluttered.
I agree that their commitment to do some good with their fame is impressive. They are an excellent example of what people of conscience can achieve, and the fans are learning that from them. The fans are also learning that youth is no barrier to positive change and social responsibility. Society needs such thinking.
I can just imagine what it must mean to an ill child to have someone as cool as the Jonas Brothers pay them a visit. And I know they were as warm, gracious and genuine in a room of ill children as they are at a meet & greet full of healthy fans.
Have you ever seen the vid of them greeting the ill children that Dallas DJ Kidd Kraddick was taking to Disneyworld?
Thanks Coolmom!
No, I haven’t seen the vid, but know of the event. I am sure they were wonderful. I would love to see it if you have a link!
I think it is just so important that people learn to be less self centered, open, and generous. Even if it is just of spirit. It’s hard, and it requires facing lots of fears, but it is important.
I don’t know how to do a link, technically challenged as I am. But on You Tube it’s called Kidd’s Kids: Dallas Sendoff, Part 1. They had an interview with this DJ that morning, and on the spur of the moment agreed to do a greet.
I got it – Thanks! It was very sweet – *sniff*
I’m going to check out the vid too. I think the boys are really truly good people and they really do care about things that matter. It’s really refreshing to see celebrities that care about more than just themselves. I love these boys with all of my heart.
Cpaig, I agree, Tonight is an awesome song. I went to Amazon and listened to them all, I had heard most of them anyway, except for a few. I love them all, but so far, I think I still have to say that Pushin’ Me Away is my favorite. Joe sounds so intense!! Love it.
I really can’t wait for the Album, if I don’t have the disc in my grubby little hands by 12 am on the 12th I am so going to buy it on iTunes (even though I have a copy coming.)
I can’t wait to hear the album version of “Love Bug.”
We all love them – can you imagine, having so many people who truly love you? – nice.
I just watched the Kidd’s Kids vid, I am seriously verklempt (however you spell that). See, this is one of the reasons why I love them so much. It’s frustrating that some people are just looking on the outside and think they are just ‘hot’ or talented (although they are
) I want everyone to know how truly amazing they are, and I spread the word wherever I go! I’m very anxious for the Larry King Live interview. I think that will be a great platform for them to share what they want the world to know about them. I hope they don’t get ‘grilled’ about the purity rings, Miley, Demi, Selena, etc.
Oh, I know LK is going to ask some dopey questions of them. He does not really “get” strong religious beliefs. He does not mean any harm I don’t think, but he’s just not a good interviewer.
