While we were all tidying our houses for our epic Camp Rock parties, the Guys were in Amsterdam doin’ their thing, getting ready for their show, and talking to Johnjay and Rich who got the exclusive Top 40 radio premiere of their single Burning Up.
I LOVE radio interviews. Especially the ones with people that seem to make them feel comfortable.
This one is nearly 20 minutes, features all of them, and ends with the new song.
They talk about everything: the single, the video, Camp Rock, dating, love, exchange rates, Hamsterdam, missing kisses, growing moustaches, hair, favorite European cities, flags, JB/Louis Vuitton guitars, boat buying, and face slaps. See… everything.

Thanks for the Johnjay and Rich interview. The JB interviews with these guys are always fun. Have you listened to all the other interviews? Starting with the first one back in July 2007, a phoner in September 07, an in-studio in October, a phoner in mid-January 08, and then an in-studio prelude to the free concert that preceded the opening night of WYLMITE on January 31. All are on You-tube. Taken all together they provide a good overview of their emerging BIG fame. Plus, there are yuks aplenty. Johnjay and Rich “knew them when” and can get beyond the PR answers.
On a side note, let me say I very much enjoy your site. As an older JB fan (my 8 and 5 year old daughters got me into them and let’s just say that Denise Jonas and I could have gone to school together) I appreciate your thoughtful, insightful commentary on their music, unique funny/swoony appeal and absence of eardrum bursting screams.
